These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of fleckwell.com and purchases from Fleckwell. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Store use

You may use our store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit the site in an abusive manner, or use the store to violate the rights of others.

Product information

We try to present product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Product images may include reference renders or pre-production imagery where clearly disclosed. Actual product appearance, packaging, or minor details may vary from reference imagery, but we will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without appropriate notice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be shown or handled as described at checkout and in our policies.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorized, fraud is suspected, pricing is clearly erroneous, inventory is unavailable, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. After an order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation or other transaction notice. We may contact you if information is missing, an item is unavailable, or a fulfillment issue occurs.

Shipping and fulfillment

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

The Fleckwell name, branding, site design, copy, graphics, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Fleckwell and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party services and links

Our store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, and fulfillment providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided subject to the warranties and remedies expressly stated by us and any warranties that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleckwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products where such limitations are legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
